2016
Our journey began in Ludhiana as a focused architectural design consultancy. During these early years, we worked closely with homeowners and developers to craft thoughtful architectural plans for premium residences. This phase helped us build strong industry understanding, client trust, and a foundation rooted in design excellence.
2018
MGOV was formally established with a broader vision to simplify real estate development. We moved beyond design into turnkey project execution, taking on our first mall and housing developments. This marked the beginning of our integrated approach where planning, design, and execution started working together seamlessly.
2019
To expand our reach and serve emerging opportunities, we opened our Bareilly office in Uttar Pradesh. This step allowed us to cater more effectively to North India's evolving luxury real estate market while strengthening our presence across multiple regions.
2022
Our expansion continued into the hills of Himachal Pradesh with operations in Solan. This brought new opportunities in hospitality, tourism, and premium villa developments. The region added a distinctive dimension to our portfolio and strengthened our experience in diverse terrain and project types.
2023
This year marked significant growth with the completion of landmark projects alongside well-known hospitality and development brands including Mahindra Holidays, Chester Hills Resort, Holiday Inn, and Aranyam Villas. These collaborations reinforced our reputation for reliability, quality execution, and coordinated project delivery.
2024
We took a major step forward by launching our own self-funded development, Solace Villas in Bareilly. This project reflects our design philosophy, construction capability, and long-term vision — showcasing what a fully integrated MGOV development looks like from concept to completion.
2025-26
To complete the ecosystem, we introduced a dedicated marketing and advisory vertical focused on real estate positioning, sales strategy, and client outreach. Today, all MGOV verticals operate together with a strong, coordinated team — offering clients a seamless real estate journey from land selection to final delivery.
